Custom Orthotics
More Than Just Orthotics.
Foot pain, knee pain, recurring aches during activity, or feeling like your movement is "off" can often be traced back to the way your feet interact with the ground.
At FLOW, our chiropractors provide custom orthotic assessments and fittings designed to support your movement, reduce discomfort, and help you stay active. We don't view orthotics as a long-term crutch; instead, we use them as one tool within a comprehensive treatment plan focused on strength, mobility, and performance.
Why Choose FLOW For Your Orthotics?
Custom-Made for Your Feet: Our orthotics are individually manufactured from a foam casting of your feet. This casting captures the unique shape and structure of your feet, allowing for a highly personalized orthotic designed specifically for your body, footwear, and activity demands.
Comprehensive Assessment Included: Every orthotics fitting begins with a thorough biomechanical assessment. Your chiropractor will evaluate your posture, gait, foot structure, and movement patterns to determine whether orthotics are likely to benefit you and what type of support is most appropriate.
Part of a Complete Treatment Plan: At FLOW, we don't believe orthotics should replace your body's natural strength and function. Instead, they are one tool within a broader treatment approach that may include mobility work, strengthening exercises, load management, and hands-on care. Our goal is to help you move better, feel better, and stay active for the long term.
Custom Orthotics can help with:
Foot, Knee, Hip or Back Pain: Poor foot mechanics can contribute to discomfort throughout the body. Custom orthotics may help improve support and movement efficiency, reducing stress on joints and tissues.
Flat Feet & Arch Pain: If you're experiencing arch fatigue, heel pain, or discomfort related to flat feet, custom orthotics may help improve support and comfort while we work to build strength and function.
Postural & Movement Imbalances: If your feet roll inward excessively or you notice uneven wear on your shoes, orthotics may help improve alignment and support more efficient movement patterns.
Our goal is to get you back to doing what you love, and keep you there.
