Dr. Sarah Beimers

Accepting New Patients

Kanata Central

Hey, I’m Dr. Sarah Beimers (she/her) and I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel better and get back to doing the things they love. My approach to chiropractic care focuses on a combination of hands-on care, rehabilitation exercises, patient education and lifestyle modification to support patients through injuries and staying active. I strive to combine research with the values and beliefs of my patients to create an evidence-based, individualized treatment plan.

I’ve completed additional training and am certified in medical acupuncture and Complete Concussion Management. As well, I have taken courses in Active Release Therapy, movement assessment and patterning and lumbar spinal stenosis management.

Whether it’s an injury you’ve been dealing with for years, something acute that’s just happened, or you just want some help in getting active, I want to listen to your story and help support you in getting back to doing the things that are important to you!

When I’m not at the clinic you can catch me at the gym trying out some type of strength sport, ranging from Crossfit to Strongman. I think resistance training is the BEST thing for our bodies no matter what level we’re at and I try to incorporate it into my patient exercises wherever I can.
