Important Update for
Ottawa Health Group Kanata Patients

Ottawa Health Group Kanata is now part of FLOW Health & Performance!

We know that any change in your health care can bring questions. Our goal is to make this transition feel clear and reassuring. On this page, you will find what is staying the same, what is changing, and what you can expect as a patient moving forward.

What’s Staying the Same

You can continue to count on the same team, the same location, and the same quality of care.

1) Your care team

  • You will continue to see the providers and administrative team you know and trust.

  • Dr. Mark deGruchy, Dr. Dave Zanet, Dr. Andrea Guidolin, and Karen Zanet-deGruchy will all continue to practise at the Kanata clinic under FLOW Health & Performance.

  • You will still see Stephanie, Brayden, and Rebecca at the front desk.

2) Your treatment and appointments

  • Your existing treatment plans and any current or future appointments will continue as scheduled. There is no need to re-book or restart your care.

3) The clinic location

  • The clinic remains at: 600 Terry Fox Drive, Suite 108, Kanata

4) The clinic phone number

  •  The clinic phone number will remain the same, so you can continue to reach us using the number you already have on file.  

5) Ongoing collaboration with Dr. Mark

  • Dr. Mark will continue practising in the Kanata clinic and will work closely with the new ownership team to ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition.

  • Downtown Ottawa Health Group - The downtown Ottawa Health Group location will continue to operate as usual and will remain owned and operated by Dr. Mark.

What’s New

In early 2026, the Kanata clinic will begin a gradual rebrand to FLOW Health & Performance. Here are some of the changes you can expect.

1) New electronic medical record and booking system (JaneApp)

We will be moving to JaneApp, a secure and user-friendly system that will offer:

  • Easier online booking

  • Digital intake and consent forms

  • Streamlined communication and reminders

You will receive a welcome email before January 2026, and appointment reminders for your 2026 visits will start arriving by email from Jane.

Please note:
Your existing medical file will be securely transferred from Ottawa Health Group to FLOW Health & Performance and stored in Jane. Your health information will continue to be protected and kept confidential.

2) New services launching in 2026

We are planning to expand the range of services available at the Kanata clinic in 2026.
More details will be shared in the new year as offerings are confirmed.

3) Updated signage and branding

You will begin to see FLOW Health & Performance branding throughout the clinic and building.

Starting January 1, 2026:

  • The Kanata clinic will operate under the FLOW Health & Performance name

  • All email, phone communication, and other correspondence will come from FLOW

4) New email address

The clinic email address will be changing. For any communication related to appointments (such as booking, reschedule or cancelling) or billing (such as your invoices or statements), please contact frontdesk@flowhealthandperformance.ca. For all other inquiries, please contact info@flowhealthandperformance.ca. Please keep an eye out for messages coming from our new FLOW Health & Performance emails starting in the new year.  

A note about your providers:

As of January 1, 2026:

  • Stephanie Flynn and Dr. Kym deGruchy will be available exclusively at Ottawa Health Group downtown

  • If you would like to continue your care in Kanata, we are happy to support you with another trusted practitioner at FLOW Health & Performance

What You Can Expect

Our top priority is that this transition feels seamless and supportive for you.

  • Your care team, treatment plans, and the welcoming environment you rely on will remain consistent

  • Any updates to systems, branding, or services will be introduced gradually and with your comfort in mind

  • Both ownership teams are committed to making sure your experience remains positive and uninterrupted
